Jennifer D. Collins, President & Owner
Passionate and unflappable.  This is the type of energy TEPG’s leader brings to client projects and overall business operations.  Schooled in communications, she has gained respect in the industry by setting TEPG apart from other firms in focusing on more than just logistics.  Her communications background helps leading brands create meaningful connections that motivate their audiences to action through meetings and events.

An expert at strategic planning and project management, Jennifer has developed a growing list of loyal clients for which TEPG produces events worldwide in three niche areas: education, science and health.

Jennifer’s leadership has won the company various recognition and awards, including: Ranked one of the Top 25 Meeting & Event Planning Companies in the Washington, DC region by the Washington Business Journal (2006 & 2007); Maryland Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise Award; and Enterprising Women Magazine’s 2008 Enterprising Women of the Year Award honoring North America’s top women entrepreneurs.

A firm believer in community involvement and leadership, Jennifer is a mentor for communications students at her alma mater The American University in Washington, DC and serves as president of the Nation’s Capital Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-NCC).  When she gives herself some time off, you can most often find her reading, traveling, enjoying spa services or taking advantage of outdoor activities involving the mountains.
