Challenge:
Develop, design, stage and execute Calvert Group's 30th Anniversary Celebration.
EPG Impact:
EPG produced an elegant evening hosting 200 people that reflected special touches related to Calvert Group's focus as a socially and environmentally responsible company. The overall stage set reflected the I-Ching which was of special meaning to the company founders. The I-Ching is a Chinese symbol most often associated with wealth and prosperity.
EPG further managed the production aspects, including video, lighting and sound, arranged for food and beverage, orchestrated ground transportation, managed venue and hotel arrangements, devised assigned seating, produced signage, registration coordination, security arrangements, entertainment, featuring the Andes Manta band playing traditional South American folk music, and party gifts, which featured a book by Pulitzer Prize Winner Dr. Winner Muhammad Yunus, who had previously served as a Calvert Group Fund Director.
