Challenge:
Provide on-site management for TESOL's annual conventions hosting more than 6,500 attendees.

EPG Impact:
EPG has served as the on-site management company for TESOL conventions since 2004, managing programs in Long Beach, California; San Antonio, Texas; and Tampa, Florida . EPG remains on-site for one week to perform various meeting management activities. This includes traveling with EPG staff to the event site, managing a team of volunteers charged with conducting room checks and tallies, assisting with the execution of traffic flow and direction and providing logistical assistance at off-site venues. To date, the conventions continue to run smoothly and EPG assistance affords the extra assurance that the program details will be executed professionally.
