National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences

Challenge:
As the partner to a Washington-DC based public relations firm, conduct hotel research, contract negotiations and on-site management for the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences meetings.

TEPG Impact:
TEPG conducted site research and selection of hotel venues, negotiated government per diem and contractual terms resulting in thousands of dollars in cost savings and lessening contractually liability.  TEPG also arranged food and beverage arrangements, audiovisual needs, room layouts and provided onsite management.
