Challenge:
As the partner to a Seattle-based public relations firm, serve as event producer of the live launch of a new Microsoft initiative.

TEPG Impact:
TEPG supported the launch of Microsoft Health Vault by managing and executing various event components.  This included securing and managing all event-related supplier partners and serving as the principal contact with the hotel venue. TEPG directed the event staging and design, which included such production elements as sound, lighting, video, speaker monitors for presentations and transitional cues.  TEPG also developed and designed the event menus; secured the hotel room block; managed ground transportation logistics; coordinated floral centerpieces, photographer; and managed the show’s day-of logistics.
